Q: Are the toys cleaned between rentals?
A: Absolutely! All toys are thoroughly sanitized and inspected for safety before they are delivered to the next family.

Q: Can I request specific toys?
A: While we primarily choose toys based on your child's age and interests, we’re happy to take special requests and do our best to include them when possible!

Q: What if a toy gets broken or lost?
A: We understand that accidents happen! Each membership includes a low-risk damage policy. Lost or severely damaged toys may incur a small replacement fee, but we always prioritize open, supportive communication.

Q: Do I need to return the packaging or lesson plans?
A: Please return all toys and containers, but the lesson plans are yours to keep! They’re designed for ongoing use with toys you already have at home.

Q: Do you offer discounts for families with multiple children?
A: Yes! We’re happy to offer a family discount for households with more than one child. Just reach out to us directly, and we’ll find the best plan to fit your family’s needs.

Q: What if my child loves a toy—can we keep it?
A: While we don’t sell the toys directly, we’re happy to provide you with links to purchase your favorites online—and we’ll always help you find the best deal!

Q: I’m visiting the Valley—can my toy tub be delivered to my Airbnb?
A: Absolutely! We love welcoming traveling families. We’ll drop off your toy kit right at your Airbnb door and pick it up when you check out—easy and hassle-free.

Q: Are the deliveries contactless?
A: Yes! All of our deliveries and pickups are contactless. We’ll coordinate with you to find a convenient time and simply leave the toy tub right at your doorstep.

Q: I’m concerned about porch theft—can the toys be handed to me directly?
A: Definitely. If you'd prefer a handoff, just let us know your availability and we’ll set up a time to personally deliver your toy tub.

Q: I want to use ClassWallet for payment, are there additional fees?

A: No! There are no additional fees if you would like to pay via ClassWallet!
